Mon & Wed

8-9 AM H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) A series of cardio and strength training exercises. Dance Studio

3-4 PM Boot Camp - a mix of calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. Dance Studio

5-6 PM Sculpt & Tone - Use of weights, tubing and body bars for a full body strength training workout. Dance Studio

Tues & Thurs

8-9 AM TRX - the use of one's own body weight and the force of gravity with use of straps, buckles and grips. PE 146

11-12 PM Spinning - Group Cycling Spin studio


9-10 AM PilYog Yoga and Pilates exercises designed to build strength and gain flexibility. PE 146

10-11 AM HiLO combines traditional low impact aerobics with higher impact strength training movements. PE 146
