If the event covers multiple periods, each with different sets of days of week and/or times, please check the Multiple periods checkbox below. Fill in the values for each of the periods in the top part of the form and then click on the Add button to add the defined period to the MULTIPLE PERIOD LIST below.

To add single days (e.g. for a play), check the Single day checkbox above, select a date (using the Start Date field), start and end times and click on the Add button to add it to the MULTIPLE PERIOD LIST below.

To see the complete list of event dates for this event, click on the Refresh button above. You have an option to exclude a date from the list by using the Delete. You can also modify the time for a single date in the list by clicking on the Modify Time button.

Use the following option to link your event/announcement to another event that has already been submitted. The event you are linking to does not have to have been approved yet.

Start typing in the name of the event to look it up. Once found, click on the Add button to add it to the box below.

Attachments

The following document formats are accepted: Adobe PDF(.pdf), Word (.doc, .docx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), Powerpoint (.ppt, .pptx), Rich Text (.rtf), Plain Text (.txt). The maximum size for a single attachment is 10 Mb.

Please note that file descriptions are required..

The following image formats are accepted: JPG (e.g. photos), GIF (e.g. logos, etc.), PNG (mostly line art). The maximum size for a single image is 500 Kb.

  • Please enter the words you see in the box, in order and separated by a space. Doing so helps prevent automated programs from abusing this service.
  • If you are not sure what the words are, either enter your best guess or click the reload button: Reload button.
