Are you a faculty member interested in using Angel for a Distance Learning or Hybrid course? Sign up for the Angel training workshops listed below!

The Spring 2010 Angel training series will be held from 12 noon - 2:00 p.m. in the
Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) - Library Room 214, on the following days:

February 8; February 15; February 22; March 1; March 8 and March 15.

Workshops will cover the following topics:

• Introduction to Angel
• Effective Online Content Presentation
• Facilitating Effective Online Interaction
• Authentic Online Assessment
• Teaching and Managing Your Course Online
• Review and Revise Your Online Course

If you would like to participate in these workshops, please register using the link on the Professional Development web page (see the link at bottom of this announcement). You should also meet with your Department Chair, fill out the DL Form and have the form forwarded to your AVP for approval.

WEB-ENHANCEMENT WORKSHOPS

Would you like to add a web component to your course and distribute your syllabus online, provide links for students or collect assignments electronically? You can use Angel for all that and more! Attend just one of the Web Enhancement workshops listed below:

March 12 from 10:00 - 12:00 in Harriman 217
