Workout Wednesdays (Formerly known as Fitness Fridays) will begin on Wednesday, February 3rd, from 1-1:45 pm in the Physical Education studio. Each class will consist of a warm-up, aerobic exercises to music, strengthening exercises and stretching. Since space is limited, please sign up by email: sharon.ahearn@sunyorange.edu or call 341-4885. All fitness levels are welcome and classes will be held each Wednesday until spring break.
