Access to MySUNYOrange Returned

College community

Last week, the College experienced a failure in one of the server units that hosts MySYUNYOrange. That caused us to lose access to MySUNYOrange. Fortunately, the ITS team quickly generated a temporary web page that provided access to online services such as Banner, Blackboard, Gmail and DegreeWorks.

During our troubleshooting, it was discovered that a management module to the server unit had failed. The recent snowstorms hampered our ability to receive replacement parts in a timely fashion. 

However, on Wednesday we were able to fully restore access to MySUNYOrange. Should you experience any issues in connecting to or utilizing services via MySUNYOrange, please report those to the HelpDesk.

Please accept our apologies and we appreciate your patience as we work through the problem.
