SUNY Orange Symphonic Band Concert is Dec. 9 at Paramount Theatre

The SUNY Symphonic Band Concert is on Saturday Dec. 9 at 7:30 p.m. at the Paramount Theater. The Symphonic Band will perform “The March from 1941” by John Williams, “West Side Story” by Leonard Bernstein, and Johan de Meji’s “The Lord of the Rings. The SUNY Band will also premiere a piece written by alto saxophonist Paul Holderbaum, “American Pomp and Regalia”. The program will also include selections by Leroy Anderson and Frank Tichelli.

The SUNY Orange Symphonic Band, under the direction of Joe Martellaro, is comprised of students, teachers, and members of the community. The Paramount Theatre, located at 17 South St. in Middletown, and is universally accessible. General Admission:  $10 Active military and SUNY Orange with ID:  Free, Seniors 60 and older and all other students with ID: $5.00, Children under 12 are free.
