Revised catering regulations for the 2017-18 academic year are attached. Please pay special attention to the requirement to use Pepsi products, as per the College's contract with Pepsi of the Hudson Valley.

All budget managers with signing approval for purchase requisitions should be aware of these new regulations, and sign/approve only requisitions that follow these new guidelines.

The information below is also attached.

Catering Regulations

Orange County Community College Association

2017-18 Academic Year

In conjunction with the College Association’s change in its food services provider for the 2017-18 academic year, there are now new catering processes and regulations in place. Please keep in mind that all catering orders must go through the College’s purchasing department. A purchase requisition MUST be submitted to Purchasing so that a budget line can be identified and the vendor is aware that the order is approved.

Please adhere to the following additional stipulations:

Orders of $300 or more:

  • Order through Lorenzo Food Group. Lorenzo can deliver sandwiches, salads and beverages.

  • Lorenzo requires 48-hour notice on orders.

  • In keeping with the College’s contract, please ensure that the beverages Lorenzo provides are Pepsi products. Lorenzo will not automatically include Pepsi products with your order.

  • If your order includes hot coffee or hot tea (those items which Pepsi does not offer) you may use any vendor you wish.

  • If you require paper products, cutlery, cups, etc., you must also order those items. They will not be automatically included with your order.
