IT Help Desk Update

As a reminder, all technical requests should be made through our help desk.

We have made a few recent changes to our phone settings so that when you call our HELP DESK line at 341-4749 the message queue is shortened and you will be able to leave a voicemail right away if you choose to.

In order to ensure your request is routed to a technician as soon as possible, you should receive an email from our Service Desk system with a Request ID number.   Please call back to follow up if you DO NOT receive a work order number from our system or help desk staff phone support.

Also, you can now reply directly to the email notification that you receive from our system with additional details.  Your email reply will be available to the technician assigned and and updated to your work order.  We hope that this feature will improve the efficiency of communication and follow up on your request.  

Additionally, we have updated the survey questions that you should receive after your work order is resolved.  The survey should take only about a minute of your time so we encourage your feedback as we take steps to improve our service.
