Student Open Forum Planned for April 6

Calling all students!!!

The College will be holding a Student Open Forum to discuss a variety of social issues that impact our students and their college experience.  The event will be held on April 6 at 11 a.m. in the Gerry Forum (Room 010) in the Rowley Center.

Students are invited to attend and faculty, please encourage your students to attend. This will be an opportunity to share thoughts and experiences, and to be part of the discussion that may generate in each of us a greater awareness, tolerance, understanding, acceptance, and respect for each other and our community.

Are you a new student at SUNY Orange?  A first generation college student?  A non-traditional student?  What concerns do you have about current societal events?  What can we do to help foster a more inclusive society in general, as well as a more compassionate and empathetic College community at SUNY Orange? What other issues do students see troubling college campuses?

Please contact professors Vincent Marasco or Janine Sarbak for more information.
