Spring Semester Campus Weight Room/Pool Hours Announced

The Movement Science Department announces the Spring 2017 Semester weight room and pool hours (effective Jan. 23 through May 3).

Middletown Weight Room

Mon. & Wed.: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 2 to 8 p.m.

Tue. & Thur.: 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; 1:30 to 7 p.m.

Fri.: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Newburgh Weight Room

Mon. & Wed.: 1 to 3 p.m.

Tue. & Thur.: 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Fri.: 1 to 4 p.m.

Proper gym attire must be worn in the Weight Room such as sneakers and exercise wear.  Please wipe machines down after use, lock your belongings in a locker and follow posted rules. No FOOD permitted in the Weight Room other than water.

Middletown Swim Hours

Mon. & Wed.: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 4 to 5 p.m.

Tue.: 11 a.m. to Noon; 1 to 3 p.m.' 4 to 5 p.m.

Thur.: 11 a.m. to Noon

Fri.: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

PROPER IDENTIFICATION MUST BE PRESENTED TO ATTENDANT FOR ENTRY IN EITHER WEIGHT ROOM OR POOL AND MUST SIGN IN AND OUT!

NOTE: Hours are subject to change without prior notice.  All students, faculty and staff must show current college ID with 2017 sticker.

The pool space is considered swimming space and is limited occupancy due to lifeguard limitations.  No Coaching or instruction is permitted in the pool during Campus or Recreation hours.

Please: wear appropriate swim attire, lock your belongings in a locker, follow posted lap swimming etiquette and feel free to bring your own-fins, pull buoys or other equipment as we do not provide them. Thank You
