Community Supported Agriculture coming to the Middletown Campus

What if you could pick up a weekly delivery of fresh, local vegetables right on campus during each week of the Fall 2016 semester? A unique community supported agriculture program (CSA) offered by The Foodways Design Collaborative can make this a reality.

What is a CSA? 

A CSA is a bloc buying system where members purchase a season's worth of local produce and receive a weekly delivery of fresh vegetables throughout the season. 

Each week you will receive:

7-9 different vegetables (8-12 lbs)

Feeds 2-4 people

Sustainably grown produce from Hudson Valley Harvest, who aggregates and distributes produce from small Hudson Valley farms: hv-harvest.com

Thursdays 3 to 5 p.m.

Sept. 29 through Dec. 8 (10 weeks; no delivery Nov 24)

Cost: 

$240 due Sept. 23 ($225 early bird special - order by Sept. 16)
