Middletown Campus Summer Improvement Projects Announced; Several to Begin May 27

Following is a list of scheduled summer construction and maintenance projects.

Physical Education Center Boiler Replacement project

Project will begin May 27 and be completed by the beginning of the Fall semester. The swimming pool will be closed for the summer. There will be limited access to the hallway by faculty locker rooms.

Physical Education Center Patio Replacement Project (Phase 1)

Project will begin May 27 and be completed by the beginning of the Fall semester. The East Conkling Street entrance of the building will be closed for most of the summer sessions.

Physical Education Center Rear Patio Replacement Project (Phase 2)

Project will begin in mid-summer, or when the East Conkling Street entrances is accessible, and will be completed by beginning of Fall semester.

Library Patio Replacement Project
Project will begin on May 27 and be completed by the beginning of the Fall semester. There will be limited access to the Library's main entrance along the inner campus roadway. All should consider using the Gillman Entrance.

Painting in George Shepard Center

All common areas on the 2nd and 3rd floors are proposed to be painted this summer. This WILL NOT include office spaces. This will include all walls and doors on 2nd and 3rd floors.
