"Campus Connections"
"Campus Connections" is available each day of the program for students from all classes, the coordinator, counselor, and tutors. This is a perfect time for forming study groups, asking questions about homework, becoming a part of campus life, and making that all important "connection" with staff and students that will help you reach your educational, career, and life goals. Refreshements are provided.

Small Class Size + Experienced Instructors + Tutoring = Academic Success!
Classes are between 18 and 20 students, and each class will have an instructor and tutor inside the classroom. This allows students to receive more individualized attention to help them be successful.

Writing Center
The English Department's Writing Center is available to help students work on their writing skills. Computers and cassette recorders accommodate various learning styles. Several courses require mandatory weekly hours. To fully benefit from the Institute, it is suggested that students be available for the full morning to participate in their scheduled writing lab hour(s) and the "Campus Connections" break. The Writing Center will be open at 9:00AM daily, Monday through Thursday, and is staffed by teachers and tutors to provide assistance at no extra charge to students.

Math Lab
The Mathematics Department has a Math Resource Lab that is open to any student enrolled in a mathematics course. Just drop in and someone will be happy to help you with your questions. The math lab is in HA 305. Hours are posted for the summer sessions.
