Pre-Admission Orientation

In place of attending the Pre-Admission Orientation meeting, you are required to view the Pre-Admission Orientation slideshow presentation that is linked below. The presentation will provide you with the answers to commonly asked questions about the PTA course.

Once you have viewed the PowerPoint, you will be directed to a survey which will ask you questions about the course and the information you learned from the PowerPoint. This survey is for office use only and although your responses will be reviewed with the Department Chairperson at the time of your interview they will not be graded.

At the end of the survey, you will be provided a link to a PDF certificate which you can download, type in your name, and print. You must bring your printed certificate with you for your meeting with the Department Chairperson.

At the end of the presentation, you will be asked to click a link to take the survey portion of the pre-admission orientation process.

Step 2: Take the Pre-Admissions Orientation Presentation:

At the end of the presentation will be a link to the survey. At the end of the survey there will be a link to a certificate of completion. Please open this document, enter your name, print the certificate and bring it with you to the interview.
