Congress has until March 31, 2015 to repeal the therapy cap and reform the SGR or extend the exceptions process.

Bills still being decided upon in the NY State Legislature: The High Co Pay Bill A.1666 and S.2139, the Workers Compensation PTA Bill A.7293 and S.3555, the Rate Review Bill A.7661 and S.4694, and the Early Intervention Bill A.8316 and S.6002.
Larry Flowers, PTA, now a Panel member of the Advisory Panel on Legislation for NYPTA.
Three bills introduced in Congress that includes physical therapists as part of a multidisciplinary team trained to diagnose and treat concussions in school-aged children.
