(specific, measurable, appropriate, realistic, & timely)
Is the initiative connected to the college’s Vision, Mission, and Strategic Plans?
How will this initiative impact departments comprehensively?
How will the initiative contribute to enhancing the student experience?
What is the impact (program, student, college, faculty, other initiatives, etc.) if the initiative is not funded?
Is the initiative READY for immediate implementation?
