Welcome to the Office of Educational Partnerships!

SUNY Orange's Office of Educational Partnerships (OEP) extends the educational mission of the College beyond its Middletown and Newburgh campuses. Through OEP, SUNY Orange partners with other educational institutions and community groups to offer a variety of educational opportunities to county residents. Among OEP's ongoing programs are the Community College in the High School Program (CCHSP), the Center for Youth Development (CYD) and the SMART Summer Program. OEP also oversees SUNY Orange's faculty collaborations, articulation agreements and satellite centers.

The primary focus is to:

  1. Increase awareness and collaboration among SUNY Orange and the Orange County community.
  2. Extend our educational focus beyond the students at our campus to the Orange County community and to assist with the varied educational needs of Orange County residents.
  3. Provide SUNY Orange students with more explicit and focused pathways for connecting and sequencing their academic pursuit.

These partnerships allow us to learn from each other, contribute to the educational, economic, and cultural vitality of the region and broaden the scope of the educational experience of Orange County and the surrounding areas residents.
