Here are the services we provide:

  • Assessment of your disability accommodation needs, using the information gathered from your documentation and intake interview
  • Communication with the college staff, faculty, and community agencies in behalf of OAS students
  • Facilitation of referrals for support services on and off campus
  • Assistance with problem-solving concerning barriers you may be facing
  • Note taking services
  • Screen reader software for exams
  • Scribes
  • Access to our Assistive Technology software housed in the Office of Accessibility Services Testing Room
  • Adaptive equipment
  • Distraction reduced environment for testing
  • Extended time on exams
  • Temporary accommodations
  • The Office of Accessibility is an agency based voter registration site. Students will be offered the opportunity to register to vote. There is no obligation to register to vote and the student's decision will have no affect on accommodations offered by the Office of Accessibility . If you need assistance, visit our office.   • Psycho-educational diagnostic assessments

  • Asking faculty to compromise the quality of instruction or evaluation or class standards
  • Modifications to curriculum
  • Personal devices or assistance for student personal use.
