SUNY ORANGE CHAMBER ENSEMBLE TO PLAY MORRISON HALL MAY 4
Sunday Afternoon Concert to Feature Music of Schubert, Gershwin, C.P.E. Bach, Haydn, Milhaud and Holst
MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. – The SUNY Orange Chamber Ensemble will offer an afternoon of chamber music at 3 p.m., Sunday, May 4 at Morrison Hall, performing the music of Franz Schubert, George Gershwin, Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach, Joseph Haydn, Darius Milhaud and Gustav Holst.
The ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Hilarie Clark Moore, is comprised of musicians from the college and the community playing in woodwind quintets and a string trio.
The concert is sponsored by the College’s Arts and Communication Department. Admission is free. Morrison Hall is located on SUNY Orange’s Middletown campus and is universally accessible.
