“ is our door to the world and its new navigation and design will ensure that all of our stakeholders, and especially our students, can easily find what they need, and what is important to them,” said Chancellor Zimpher. “With the launch of our new site, we have aimed to make it easier than ever to apply to, and engage with, New York’s public university system.”

The launch includes a complete mobile experience and revamped social media presence. The Generation SUNY blog, which drives content across all of SUNY’s social media platforms – including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and more recently, LinkedIn and Instagram – is taking a new approach in developing more in-depth content from the across the system and its 64 campuses to better engage students, faculty and staff, parents, alumni, and supporters.

Several new features are also unveiled as part of the redesign work, most notably the addition of Smart Track℠ Financial Aid Planning, a new Alumni Gateway, SUNY Works Co-op and Internship Information, and SUNY Brand Resources
