Anthonisen, a SUNY Orange Trustee since 1989 who has served on the NYCCT Board and is immediate past chairman of the American Community College Trustees (ACCT), was feted by NYCCT for his successful stint as ACCT Board chair. In February, the New York State Senate adopted a resolution introduced by Senator William J.
