College's Morrison Hall mansion Decorated Under Theme of "Victorian Visions" by Middletown Garden Lovers

PHOTO: 2009 Holiday Open House photoMIDDLETOWN, N.Y. – SUNY Orange will conclude its 15th annual Holiday Open House from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 12-13.

The Middletown Garden Lovers have decorated the College’s Morrison Hall mansion (the fireplace in the mansion's expansive Dining Room is shown at right) with a theme of “Victorian Visions.” Visitors will be able to take self-guided tours of the mansion’s first floor. All five rooms, as well as the main foyer, will be decorated. Admission is free, but donations will be accepted for the Peter Alberghini Inspirational Scholarship fund. The SUNY Orange Madrigal Singers will perform songs of the season in the Music Room at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12, while the Chamber Ensemble will perform in the Music Room at 1 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 13.
