Dirks will conduct a 90-minute workshop in the Gilman Center for International Education on the Middletown campus at 7 p.m., Oct. 14. He will reprise his presentation at 7 p.m., Nov. 12 in the Assembly Room of the Newburgh campus. Both workshops are free and open to the public. During his own career, he has faced job search challenges as a result of corporate restructurings.
