Pair of Oct. 23 Forums Will Allow Community Members to Discuss Branch Campus

MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. – Orange County Executive Edward A. Diana and SUNY Orange President Dr. William Richards are inviting residents of the greater Newburgh area to a pair of open forums on Thursday, Oct. 23, to discuss possible ways in which the College’s planned branch campus can serve the community.

The forums are scheduled for 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. in the Assembly Room (Room 221), located on the second floor of the Newburgh Extension Center, One Washington Center, Newburgh. Diana and Richards will be joined by members of the campus design and construction teams, as well as additional College and County personnel.

Those in attendance will receive an update on the branch campus design, and will have the opportunity to offer suggestions on ways in which the community can benefit from the new facilities that will be built.
