The Newburgh Campus Registrar/Bursar Office is located in Room 133 on the first floor of the Tower Building.

Hours of Operation for the office during the Fall and Spring Semester

Wednesday - Thursday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm

Services provided by this office include, but are not limited to:

  • Process students' registrations for credit and non-credit courses.
  • Provide information regarding course availability.
  • Process transcript requests.
  • Notarize & process residence applications.
  • Collect tuition payments (cash not accepted).
  • Provide information regarding the SallieMae, TuitionPay Payment Plan. For payment plan details and enrollment deadlines call SallieMae at 1-800-635-0120 or visit their web-site at www.tuitionpay.com.*
  • Collect admissions application & fee (cash not accepted).
  • Print and collect signed Statements of Accounts.
  • Collect change of name and address information.
  • Collect immunization records.
  • Update student ID's
  • Certify enrollment & attendance status.
  • Assist students with regard to school policies.
