The Newburgh Campus Registrar/Bursar Office is located in Kaplan Hall's Student Services Central (Room 110 on the first floor).

Services provided by this office include, but are not limited to:
- Process students' registrations for credit and non-credit courses.
- Provide information regarding course availability.
- Process transcript requests.
- Notarize & process residence applications.
- Collect tuition payments (cash not accepted).
- Provide information regarding the SallieMae, TuitionPay Payment Plan. For payment plan details and enrollment deadlines call SallieMae at 1-800-635-0120 or visit their web-site at www.tuitionpay.com.†
- Collect admissions application & fee (cash not accepted).
- Print and collect signed Statements of Accounts.
- Collect change of name and address information.
- Collect immunization records.
- Update student ID's
- Certify enrollment & attendance status.
- Assist students with regard to school policies.
