The Movement Sciences department offers degree programs leading toward an Associate of Science (AS), an Associate of Applied Science (AAS), or an Associate of Arts (AA). Within these degree programs students can pursue electives in Physical Education and/or Health Education and Public Health.

A specific degree program is offered in Exercise Studies (AS).

Exercise Science (AS)

The Exercise Science program is designed specifically for those students who wish to transfer to four-year college programs in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Sports Medicine, Sports Management, Athletic Training, Fitness Testing, Personal Training, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Research in Human Performance to name a few. This degree program provides students the opportunity to pursue careers in the exploding field of Physical Wellness.
