Video Conferencing Support
If you have a Video Conference request, then be sure to complete (as detailed as possible) the "VC Support Request Form below and attach it with your email to helpdesk@sunyorange.edu. Once the email and request form are received they will be reviewed by ITS Dept management and assigned to ITS Dept personnel for follow up and resolution.
NOTE: You must ALSO contact Central Scheduling to reserve the specific video conference room for your event.
