Help/tech support

The two primary ways for requesting technical assistance, help and/or support can be done by any/all of the following means:

  • Calling the helpdesk directly at either x4749 or x4735.  ITS dept personnel responding to your phone call will either be able to help you through your technical needs and/or be able to create a work order for other ITS dept. personnel to assist you with.
  • Emailing the helpdesk at helpdesk@sunyorange.edu.  Once the email is received it will be reviewed by ITS Dept management and assigned to ITS Dept personnel for follow up and resolution.

NOTE: whether by phone or email, be sure to be as detailed as possible when describing your problem, need and/or challenge.
