If you cannot reach the helpdesk this way, then you can use one of these alternative means of contact:
- Calling the helpdesk directly at either x4749 or x4735. ITS dept personnel responding to your phone call will either be able to help you through your technical needs and/or be able to create a work order for other ITS dept. personnel to assist you with.
- Emailing the helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the email is received it will be reviewed by ITS Dept management and assigned to ITS Dept personnel for follow up and resolution.
- Calling the helpdesk from off campus dial (845) 341-4749 or (845) 341-4735.
NOTE: However you reach the helpdesk, please be sure to be as detailed as possible when describing your problem, need and/or challenge.
