Health Professions Physical Requirements
All Health Professions students are required to have a yearly physical exam and tuberculin skin test. Upon initial entrance into the program, a negative 10-panel drug test is required, along with titers to prove immunity to measles, mumps, rubella and varicella. The hepatitis B vaccine and tetanus booster (TDap) are strongly recommended.
Some of the Health Professions and Clinical sites are requesting a criminal background check.
Upon acceptance into the program, students will receive a formal request for these required items in writing, along with the proper forms for completion.
