Biomimicry in Architecture: Biomimicry is a new design discipline that studies nature’s biology and imitates the model to solve human design and engineering challenges. Learn to create buildings, products, processes, and policies – new ways of living – that are well adapted to life on earth by emulating nature’s time-tested patterns. Janus Welton is owner and Principal of EcoArchitecture DesignWorks, PC. She currently teaches the national SBA Sustainable Building Advisor Program at SUNY Ulster.
