Susan Miiller, who shows her artworks all over the United States, has her studio in Sparrowbush.  In addition, she is an art instructor at SUNY Orange and SUNY New Paltz.  She explains, “ These artists challenge long standing concepts of what a landscape can be. They go beyond the surface, seeking to transform, not just to copy... The show is a process of discovery among the artists rather than just the appearance of the land. [Through their paintings these] artists invite viewers to appreciate and to value what surrounds us and to be richer for it.”

JEFF PARKER: RECENT WORK; Orange Hall Gallery Loft

Some of Jeff Parker’s works are landscape-oriented and will complement the show on the main floor. His artworks are abstract collages.
