N7961 - ESL Advanced Reading & Writing Online
This is an online course. Students must have completed ESL Intermediate Reading and Writing or get special permission from the ESL Department Coordinator to register. Students must devote six hours per week in the online class work, as well as do out of class assignments to be submitted.
To participate in online learning, students must have access to the World Wide Web (a broadband connection is recommended) and must use Internet Explorer 7 or higher or Firefox 3.0 or higher as their web browser (JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled, and pop-up blockers must be disabled). In addition, students will need a word processing program such as Microsoft Word (other word processing software can be used, but documents must be saved in the .rtf format) and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
