Through a combination of detailed lectures, presentations and hands-on lab exercises, you will be prepared to successfully take the Net+ certification exam. Topics include: Network Basics, Topologies and Types, LANS, WANS, Network Hardware, NIC's Cables, Hubs, Switches, Routers, Modems and Firewalls, Network Software, Uniform Resource Locator, Servers, Protocols, IP Addressing, Network Security, Troubleshooting and Virus Protection, Decimal, Octal, Hexadecimal and Binary conversions, and Systems Analysis and Design and Instruction to Logic.
