N9407 - English GED® Program

SUNY Orange has established several classes throughout Orange County for individuals who are looking to improve their job opportunities by earning their GED®. Emphasis will be on improving writing and math skills using creative thinking and problem-solving strategies. 100 hours of instruction.

How to register
If you are ages 17 or 18, call (845) 341-9532 or (845) 341-9543 to make an appointment for the  program coordinator to meet with you and your parent or guardian. If you are 19 or older, you may register in person at the Registrar's Office on campus in Middletown or Newburgh or with a credit card by telephone.

All students must register for the class prior to the start date by either registering online or in person. You can pay the $10 tuition plus $2 fee with cash, check, credit card or money order.   

Your Instructor will advise you on the purchase of all books for the class. Please do not purchase books in advance as teachers will discuss which book to purchase on the first day of class.
