How Can We Help You?
The Office of Career and Internship Services offers a wide range of services related to careers:
FOCUS: Use this career assessment tool to see what career direction is best for you to follow. Create a portfolio and explore schools and jobs in your career area.
PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT: Make an appointment to take a Myers-Briggs type assessment which points out your interests, strengths, and characteristics leading you into career paths.
WORKSHOPS: Offered throughout the year on topics such as "Choosing a College Major," "Resumes," and "Identifying Your Skills."
JOB POSTINGS: Employers are always looking for good help. New job opportunities are posted every day from many employers throughout the area. Check out our job boards in the George F. Shepard Student Center and our online job board by entering our Career Portal.* Jobs are posted for 30 days, and in order to search for jobs, you must register with our office which you can do online. If you wish to contact employers seeking full-time help, you must provide our office with a resume which we will review and approve.
CAREER LIBRARY RESOURCES: We have materials in print plus videos, software, and Internet access to job markets, occupations, and major companies.
