As a service to college employees, paychecks are distributed by the Business Office on scheduled pay dates. On these days, checks can be picked up by either the individual or by a representative of the individuals department. The checks will be available in OH 224 between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Any checks that are not picked up by 3:00 PM will be put in the afternoon mail. You will need to advise your department if you would like them to pick up your check.

It is up to each department to let the Business Office know whose checks they would like to have batched up for their department. Please contact us to advise of any new hires or deletions from your departmental listing. This helps to insure that payday goes smoothly! Please remember that paychecks cannot be distributed to another individual without written permission from the payee.
In the event of inclement weather on a scheduled pay date, information regarding the distribution of paychecks can be found on the college website under delays/closings, on the recorded phone message at 344-6222 and on local radio and television stations. Direct Deposit is available to all full-time employees. Direct Deposit Authorization Forms can be found in the Payroll Office in Orange Hall and on the Payroll website:
Please allow at least two pay periods for this to become effective.
