The Bursar Office - Important Information
*New Tuition Deposit for Fall 2012*
A $50.00 non-refundable tuition deposit is required from all students, including financial aid applicants/recipients. Your $50.00 tuition deposit payment is a valid commitment of your intent to attend SUNY Orange. All students are encouraged to pay the required deposit at the time of registration. Students who fail to pay their tuition deposit are subject to course deletion. All tuition deposits are non-refundable. *New course schedules due to deletion are subject to seat availability.
If you fail to pay your $50.00 tuition deposit, you will be deleted as indicated below:

The balance of Tuition and Fees is due on or before the following dates:

*Any account that remains unpaid will be assigned to a collection agency. The College will assign the outstanding balance, plus the collection agency fee.
Effective February 2012, all Student Refunds issued through SallieMae
SUNY Orange has changed the way student refunds are issued. SUNY Orange has partnered with SallieMae to better service our students and provide students quicker access to their funds. Refunds will be issued by Sallie Mae; they will no longer be issued thru SUNY Orange.
Enrollment is quick and easy. All students will receive an e-mail at their SUNY Orange web address with instructions on how to sign up and choose a refund option with a link to SallieMae. Refund options include:
- A No fee SallieMae checking account with a debit MasterCard.
- An ACH deposit into an existing checking or savings account.

Students who choose the SallieMae checking account with debit MasterCard, can withdraw your cash from 35,000 ATMs nationwide without paying any fees. *Find a no-fee ATM*
