Organizational Structure

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Banner Executive Committee is responsible for guiding the Banner implementation from an institutional point of view. Responsibilities of the committee include making policy decisions when needed and resolving complex issues that may arise.

Banner Steering Committee

Reporting to the Banner Executive Committee, the Banner Steering Committee is responsible for the overall implementation and migration to Sungard SCT Banner.

Banner Project Teams

Each of the Team Leads in the Steering Committee will head Project Teams consisting of personnel from their departments.

Data Standards Committee

The Data Standards Committee is responsible for creating the rules that will apply to our data as we populate the new database. We will be able to take advantage of these standards to clean up old data before it is transferred into the new Banner system. The Data Standards Committee reports to the Steering Committee.
