Biography - Shana Madura

Shana Madura joins the Colts from Northern Kentucky University. Madura served as an assistant coach and primary offensive coach for two seasons at Northern Kentucky, and is no stranger to the Mid-Hudson Conference or to Region XV.

Madura was the head softball coach at SUNY Orange from 2012-15. In three of those four seasons, she led the Colts to Mid-Hudson Conference and Region XV titles. Also in those years, she garnered Coach of the Year Honors. Madura looks to lead the Colts to being a top contender in the 2018 campaign.

Madura, a native of Slate Hill, NY, graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2009. Madura spent four seasons playing for the Nittany Lions and broke the team's single-game records for RBI and home runs.


Erin Dunn is entering her first year as an assistant coach with the Colts. Dunn is also no stranger to the Mid-Hudson Conference or to Region XV, as she graduated from SUNY Orange in 2016. She was a threat both on the mound and at bat as she garnered a .378 batting avg. and compiled a 34-6 record on the mound with 264 strikeouts. Dunn's primary role will be working with our pitching staff. She is a native of Chester, NY.
